View Your Orders

To view orders that have received, go to Orders in the Vendor Dashboard left menu. At the top of this screen, you can view the standard filter and search area. A list of orders appears in order of processing state made:

You can:

  • Filter by Pending Orders
  • Filter by Processing
  • Filter by the On Hold
  • Filter by the Completed
  • Filter by the Refunded
  • Filter by the On Shipped

Order Items

  1. Item – Title of the order along with its details.
  2. You can add Shipment tracking for the customer to track.
  3. Shipping Method and shipping cost.
  4. Processing time of the order.


Shipment Tracking

Once the item is ready to ship “Click On Truck Icon”  to add the tracking information. You can add the  Tracking Code and  Tracking URL   to the customer.

Add Note

You can add any note to the customer if there is any delay in the processing of the order pictures or attachments or any special instructions needed from the customer.  An email notification will be sent to the customer with your notes.
