Fresh ragi is bought from the farms these are then soaked and sprouted. These sprouted ragi are then sun-dried and slow-roasted in our signature mark clay pot. Almonds are also roasted. Then they are traditionally stone grounded and finally with all our love we made these lovely cookies with homemade butter acquired from household women.
